We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and work directly with one of our well-known, respected clients.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll support high-profile marketing campaigns at live events while learning the ins and outs of the business through hands-on experience and paid training . If you’re driven, eager to learn, and excited to represent top brands — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of live event campaigns

• Serve as the link between customers and clients, ensuring excellent communication

• Help fundraising and promotional efforts reach target goals

• Attend team meetings, training workshops, and strategy sessions

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support brand messaging

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up

• Record and report on donations and campaign outcomes

• Provide progress updates to leadership and contribute to team goals

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in marketing, sales, or customer service

• No experience required – just bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

• Strong communicator – both written and verbal
