As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our event coordination efforts, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from the planning stages through to the execution of events . Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all event elements are in place
• Manage guest lists and communications, responding to inquiries and providing information
• Help set up event spaces, including arranging seating, decorations, and equipment
• Support marketing efforts for events, including social media promotions and outreach
• Attend events to provide on-site assistance and ensure everything runs smoothly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required for events
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for events and hospitality
