This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of event planning and coordination. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will support the execution of various events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Support the event team with administrative tasks including managing schedules, expenses, and vendor communications.
• Assist with onsite event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful event.
• Help in the development of event materials, including brochures, invitations, and signage.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking event details and schedules for multiple events simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
