Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
Help maintain event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution.
Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media presence for events.
Act as a point of contact during events, providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
