Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in event planning and management. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Communicate with clients to determine their event needs and preferences.
• Research and book venues, catering, and other service providers as needed.
• Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate logistics such as audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and transportation.
• Help set up and break down event spaces, including decor and equipment.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event planning software.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
