We are seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that leave a lasting impression on attendees. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced event managers and learn the ins and outs of event logistics, vendor management, and guest relations. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are covered.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Manage guest lists and RSVP tracking to ensure effective communication with attendees.
• Support the marketing and promotional efforts for events to maximize attendance.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Assist in creating event materials, including programs, signage, and promotional items.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Creative mindset with a passion for event planning and execution.
