Job Description
Work for a successful, long running, on-going program to protect those who protect us. We need a System Integration Lab lead who can help design, build, test, support and maintain various labs for a large long running DOD program. The ideal candidate will have experience both as a test technician and as an engineer. Experience interpreting, creating, understanding and redlining drawings. Must be a self starter who is capable of working with a multi-disciplined team to find creative solutions to complex problems. Must be someone who wants to own their work, not just a task doer.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience designing/building/testing/maintaining electronic racks of test equipment
  • Experience building things
  • Experience connecting and integrating electronic components and test equipment.
  • Experience with creating and/or redlining drawings
  • Eligible to obtain a clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Test technician
  • Some electrical engineering
  • Some mechanical engineering
  • Should be comfortable with hands on involvement.
  • Must have strong people skills.
  • Strong Debug Skills
  • Ability to close on issue

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
