What You'll Do

Design and Execute Campaigns: Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work cross-departmentally to set priorities, streamline collaboration, and develop cutting-edge marketing strategies.
Inspire Your Team: Manage and mentor a talented team specializing in digital marketing, website management, public relations, and communications.
Create Consistency: Ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned across multiple channels.
Measure Success: Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge campaign effectiveness.
Optimize Journeys: Oversee multi-channel customer journeys with a focus on video content, advertisements, and engagement strategies.

What You Bring

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.

Experience:

Proven expertise in the healthcare industry.
8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record of successful campaign leadership.
