Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient delivery driver to transport goods and packages to our customers in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery: Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers upon delivery, providing exceptional service and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Inventory Management: Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly secured during transport.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including invoices, delivery confirmations, and any issues encountered during transit.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs to maintain safety and reliability.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring safe driving practices at all times.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a plus.

Skills

• Strong navigational skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying packages.

Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Working Conditions
