Role: Sr. Data Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 12 months

Job description:

• In the process of working on 3 different clinical trials
• Created data pipeline to support analysis of how the trials are doing
• QC, define and build.
• They have a template for the pipeline to support the analytics
• Feeding into a data warehouse in Big query. Exposing to tableau. They have a different visualization team to support the visualization
• moving toward data driven solution
• They need a hands on person.
• MuleSoft and Big Query are the key must haves
• Proven experience understanding ADaM models. ADaM is what they will be living in.
• Clinical Data ADaM Modeling refers to the process of structuring and organizing clinical trial data according to the Analysis Data Model (ADaM), which is a set of standards developed by the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC). ADaM is used to prepare data for statistical analysis and regulatory submissions, ensuring consistency, traceability, and compliance with industry guidelines.
• DPT is just a design doc and summary or the architecture they have.
• Person should have experience in pharma
• Some of this date will be released to the FDA which is why the accuracy is so important
• Interaction will be with data engineers, supporting the work
• Good at documentation going to meet daily with the data engineers and have those conversions
