Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Infa Cloud Data Gov & Catalog, Google Big Table, and BigQuery. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of geospatial data analysis and will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities : - Lead the analysis and interpretation of geospatial data to support business objectives.
Oversee the integration of geospatial data with other data sources using Infa Cloud Data Gov & Catalog.
Provide insights and recommendations based on geospatial data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of geospatial data.
Develop and maintain geospatial data models using Google Big Table and BigQuery.
Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Create and maintain documentation for geospatial data processes and workflows. -
Train and mentor junior analysts on geospatial data analysis techniques and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their geospatial data needs and deliver actionable insights. -
Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and optimize the performance of geospatial data systems and tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in geospatial data analysis and technology.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of geospatial data analysis methodologies and tools.
Qualifications - Possess a strong background in geospatial data analysis with 8 to 12 years of experience.
Demonstrate expertise in Infa Cloud Data Gov & Catalog, Google Big Table, and BigQuery.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Show proficiency in data integration and data quality management.
Have experience in developing and maintaining geospatial data models.
Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
Be capable of training and mentoring junior analysts.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in geospatial data analysis.
Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data-related issues.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
