About the Role: Seerist is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Success professionals to support our Commercial Clients globally. You will work closely with corporate security and GSOC teams, providing support to help these clients navigate threats and ensure the safety of their people and assets. This fast-paced role involves collaborating with passionate teammates and client teams, supporting them to leverage Seerist’s SaaS-based solutions.
Responsibilities: - Develop a strong understanding of clients and provide unparalleled support throughout the contract lifecycle, positioning Seerist for growth.
- Capture and communicate client feedback to development and production teams to maximize client value.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client success and collaborating across the team.
- Achieve account retention and growth metrics.
- Proactively manage accounts and effectively use CRM tools.
Requirements: Required Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of corporate security functions, GSOC and/or threat intelligence.
- SaaS and/or account management experience.
- Experience working with high-touch customers, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data for real-time threat monitoring.
- Ability to understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timelines, budgets, and authorities.
- Strong relationship-building skills, empathy for customer needs, and a strategic approach to integrating SaaS products into workflows.
- Effective communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and persistence.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to grow in a start-up environment.
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS customer success/account management/sales with a strong track record.
- Comfortable collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and account management teams.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience and solve problems in real time.

- This is a base + commission role. Base salary range: $80,000–$110,000 per year (exact compensation depends on knowledge, skills, experience, location).
