Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product questions, order processing, and general support.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with a positive, solution-driven attitude.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our system.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and a problem-solving mindset to deliver top-notch customer service.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
Previous experience in remote customer support or call center environments.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $19 - $26 per hour, based on experience.
