Job Description

This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service. 
  • Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding orders and claims/policies. 
  • Responds to inquiries from facilities, providers and/or others for information and assistance. 
  • Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response. Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for processing. 
  • Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions. Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints
  • Issues tend to be routine in nature. 
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service and business/operating processes and procedures. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.

Requirements:

  • Phone Skills
  • Tech Savy
  • Microsoft programs, Excel, Outlook
  • SAP Experience preferred
  • Some College preferred; HSD/GED Required

Schedule Notes: 

  • Monday - Friday 10-7pm EST
  • Training Schedule Tues - Fri 9-6pm or possibly 8:30 - 5:30
  • Work from Home but the first day and as needed for events or training will be onsite. 
  • Must be local!

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $14 - $17.80/hr
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
