The Chef is a unique member of the North America (NA) Go to Market Team at McCain. This role contributes to the development of McCain’s progressive food culture, leveraging culinary within specific channels as a lever of competitive competitor advantage for McCain. The role requires a blend of exceptional execution, commercial business savvy and hands-on, detailed involvement in the day-to-day business.

The North American Culinary team is an integral part of McCain, dedicated to driving our innovations and highlighting our great products to our customer, operators, and consumers. The team is built upon the familial and collaborative spirit, working with all facets of the Commercial team including sales, customer and brand marketing, R&D as well as regional and Global leadership as the voice of the operator. Compensation Package : $81,600.00-$108,900.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
