We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication between departments, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for enhancing internal and external brand messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, proofread, and distribute internal communications, reports, memos, and correspondence.

  • Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate messaging delivery.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, newsletters, and official documents for clients and stakeholders.

  • Support public-facing communications such as press releases and formal statements.

  • Maintain records of all communications and ensure message alignment with company standards.

  • Monitor feedback and support resolution of communication issues.

  • Participate in the planning and coordination of events, campaigns, and meetings.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or coordination role.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or formatting tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or similar).

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • High attention to detail and professional tone in all written materials.
