Job Title: CNA Location: Fairfax County, VA area Company: Always Best Care of Fairfax Reports To: Care Coordinators Work Schedules: Varying shifts may include weekends Pay: $17 - $20 About Us: Always Best Care of Fairfax provides compassionate and personalized care to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Position Overview: As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our clients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your duties will include assisting clients with activities of daily living. Primary Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health and behavior.
• Maintain a safe and clean-living environment.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
