Salary: $70,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and supporting Cisco technology-based networks.
• Current Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification is essential.
• Strong understanding of Cisco routing, switching, and security technologies, including Cisco IOS, Catalyst, Nexus, and ASA platforms.
• Proficient in Meraki MX, MS, MR, and MV series devices, as well as the Meraki Dashboard for centralized management and configuration.
• Familiar with Meraki SD-WAN, site-to-site VPNs, wireless deployments, network segmentation, and security features.
• Skills in configuring and troubleshooting Meraki-specific protocols and technologies.
• Experienced with network monitoring and diagnostic tools relevant to Meraki deployments.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco network infrastructures.
• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• An ideal candidate should possess a passion for technology along with a positive attitude as both an individual contributor and a team player.
• Progressive analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
• Proven professional with outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, and time management skills, particularly in face-to-face client interactions.
• Ability to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. and possess reliable transportation.
• Long-term career-oriented; the average tenure at our company exceeds 7 years.

Responsibilities:

• I will design, configure, and deploy Cisco network solutions tailored to client specifications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• I will conduct installations, upgrades, and migrations of network infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues related to routing, switching, and connectivity will be my responsibility.
• I will perform network assessments and present recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into technical solutions is a key aspect of my role.
• I will create and maintain precise network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
• Staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and Cisco certifications is important in my position.
• I will offer technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year based on experience and certifications, along with a comprehensive employee benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, cell phone stipends, travel reimbursement, commissions, and paid vacation time.

This is a full-time position based on a Monday to Friday schedule.

We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of Cisco networking experience and a required CCNA or CCNP certification. The work location is in-person.
