We are looking for a skilled and motivated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role. As a CPA, you will play a key role in preparing and reviewing individual, business, and trust & estate tax returns. You will also build lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and valuable tax planning guidance while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual, business, and trust & estate tax returns.
Collaborate with clients and team members on income tax preparation, planning, and special projects.
Conduct detailed reviews of completed tax returns/forms and recommend necessary revisions before filing.
Research and resolve tax-related issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with clients, providing top-notch service and effective communication.
Represent clients in IRS, state, and other governmental matters, including audits or other inquiries.
Ensure compliance with both state and federal tax regulations and professional standards.
Required Skills:
Strong time management abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in tax preparation and research, with a focus on income tax returns.
At least 1 year of experience signing off on final tax returns.
Active CPA or EA certification.
Proficiency with tax and accounting software (e.g., Lacerte, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) as well as Adobe.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
