We’re excited to offer a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) opportunity at either our East Lansing or Lansing clinic. Hand therapy experience is a must , and this role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering one-on-one care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Earn an hourly rate of up to $30.00, depending on your experience. Plus, participate in our clinic bonus structure where you determine how much you earn. We’re also offering a generous sign on bonus!

What you'll do

• Assist clinicians in evaluating and treating patients using evidence-based practices
• Assist clinicians in creating care plans and track progress toward functional goals
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Educate and empower patients with tools to support recovery outside the clinic
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education

What you bring

• An active Occupational Therapist Assistant Certification
• Hand Therapy experience is required
• New graduates with clinical experience in hand therapy are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and a passion for helping others
• Clear, confident communication and a team-oriented mindset
