Job Title: CDL Driver (Class A, B, or C) Location: Everett, WA (Onsite) Pay: $27.75- $35.75 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Job Summary: A leading transportation provider is seeking professional, safety-minded CDL Drivers to transport corporate and commuter clients across scheduled routes. This role is ideal for customer-focused drivers who are committed to delivering safe, smooth, and dependable service. Premium pay is offered for specific routes, and the company provides a strong benefits package and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport clients along scheduled routes in a professional and timely manner Conduct daily DOT inspections and report any vehicle defects or concerns Complete all required documentation accurately, including logs and fuel reports Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle at all times Create a welcoming environment for passengers and assist as needed Uphold all safety procedures and company policies Provide excellent customer service in every interaction Must Haves / Requirements Summary: Must be at least 21 years of age Valid CDL Class A, B, or C License with Passenger Endorsement Current and active DOT Medical Card Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening and background check Strong communication skills in English Able to work independently and take direction Comfortable working with people and committed to excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating shuttles, motorcoaches, or school buses Familiarity with DOT safety compliance and documentation Strong awareness of route management and schedule adherence Benefits: ~ Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance ~401(k) with employer match ~ Quarterly safety performance bonuses ~ Holiday pay ~ Paid Time Off (increasing with tenure) ~ Annual pay raises ~ Uniforms provided ~ Paid DOT medical card and physicals Additional Premium Pay: +$2.00/hour for school bus routes +$1.00/hour for motorcoach routes
