Summary Loving Touch Daycare is seeking a
qualified and experienced Three-Year-Old Lead Teacher to join our team
immediately . We need a dedicated educator who understands the developmental needs of three-year-olds, can implement a structured curriculum, and fosters a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or an Associate?s/Bachelor?s degree in Early Childhood Education (required).
- At least five (5) years of experience as a lead teacher in a three-year-old classroom.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to set clear expectations while encouraging positive behavior.
- Experience creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on early literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and fine/gross motor development.
- Ability to establish routines and structure that support independence and learning.
- Knowledge of Georgia Bright from the Start and Georgia Quality Rated standards (preferred).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a structured curriculum that meets early childhood education standards.
- Maintain a well-organized, engaging, and structured classroom that promotes learning through play.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment while implementing effective discipline strategies .
- Establish consistent daily routines that help children develop confidence and independence.
- Communicate with parents through Brightwheel and in-person updates.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a high-quality educational program .
This is a
full-time, immediate-hire position for a
strong, experienced, and passionate Three-Year-Old Lead Teacher .
Duties - Curriculum Implementation: Develop and execute engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on early literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and motor skills .
- Classroom Management: Establish structured routines and maintain a well-organized, positive learning environment with clear behavior expectations.
- Student Development: Support children?s growth by fostering independence, creativity, and critical thinking through hands-on learning experiences.
- Social & Emotional Guidance: Teach and reinforce positive social skills, conflict resolution, and self-regulation strategies.
- Parent Communication: Provide daily updates through Brightwheel and communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones.
- Health & Safety: Ensure a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with other teachers and staff to maintain a high-quality educational experience .
This role requires
strong classroom management, patience, and a passion for early childhood education to prepare three-year-olds for continued learning success.
Requirements A valid CDA
