Job Title: CAD Designer
Job Description
The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating, modifying, and supplying sales materials utilizing AutoCAD, 3DS Max Design, Lumion, Photoshop, and other tools to produce 2D and 3D layouts or renderings.
Responsibilities
+ Utilize AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max Design to create layouts and 3D models of playground equipment.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication.
+ Read and interpret supplied drawings and specifications.
+ Prepare accurate, detailed drawings from data supplied by sales representatives.
+ Maintain complete, readily accessible files and records of quote requests.
+ Support large projects and quick turnarounds for sales representatives.
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and outside sales representatives.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks.
+ Drafting and design skills with CAD software.
+ Experience in 3D modeling and design using 3D Studio Max.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with top-down design and layouts for playgrounds.
+ 3D modeling skills are a plus, but not required.
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position offering significant opportunities for growth within the company. Will have to be able to commute to Chattanooga area for training and for quarterly check ins.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
