Job Description

In this role as our Brand Ambassador, your primary objective will be to educate and promote pest control solutions through direct marketing and face-to-face interactions designed to help families relieve their pest control issues in a safe, timely, and reliant manner. You will collaborate with our marketing and brand strategy teams to design new opportunities to reach out to the surrounding communities and serve as an in-house resource to our corporate partners. You will also work cross-functionally with the Customer Service and Sales departments to develop programs, initiatives, and campaigns that contribute to the overarching goals of the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the direct connection between the local community and our Marketing and Brand Strategy teams
  • Drive sales and increase brand awareness through informative and engaging product demonstrations 
  • Execute all field market activities with a high degree of professionalism and integrity by our company values and guidelines
  • Must be exceptionally well-versed in product knowledge including, but not limited to, memorizing different pest control services, pricing, and technician availability
  • Actively engage in training sessions and partner with senior management to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement in the marketing, outreach, and sales methods
  • Monitor individual weekly performance and track the number of customers met with, presentations delivered, and sales closed

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, or brand management is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a brand ambassador or a college graduate with extensive accomplishments in college athletics, club leadership, or entrepreneurial experience will also be strongly considered
  • Proven ability to develop positive and trustworthy relationships within a team setting and among customers 
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills while working face-to-face or in a virtual setting 
  • Possess a confident persona and demonstrate an aptitude to communicate new ideas, suggestions for improvement, and challenges with senior-level management 
  • Must be personable, outgoing, and approachable with a reputation for being a reputable teammate, leader, and support system
