Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Options Analyst for our client in Miami Gardens, FL. This role is responsible for supporting the billing processes, with a focus on data accuracy, electronic data interchange (EDI), and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in billing operations and exposure to SAP and EDI systems, coupled with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and process customer billing options and changes
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of EDI transactions and billing configurations
• Interface with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and data integrity issues
• Provide high-quality customer service support to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain documentation and logs of billing-related communications and actions
• Identify and escalate issues or trends in billing operations that require resolution
• Support compliance and reporting activities as needed
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, operations, or data processing
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred
• Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards and tools preferred
• Prior customer service experience is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
