What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice supporting customers via inbound calls in Spanish and English. We’ll train you to handle sensitive information with care, answer questions about state taxes and repayment programs, and provide clarity and next steps to those in need.
