Summary:
The QTI Group is currently seeking a Bilingual Assistant Recruiter for the Madison area. This position plays a crucial role in supporting operations for our industrial staffing team and supplying Spanish-language assistance to candidates. You will be responsible for reviewing new applicants, scheduling and performing interviews, and coordinating the hiring process from start to finish. This position requires working ONSITE to provide service to our applicants and employees. Core schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

• Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Utilize various tools to attract talent for open positions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Provide support to the recruiting team, such as preparing onboarding documentation, conducting orientations and coordinating drug testing

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills required
• Bilingual Spanish skills required
• Prior recruiting, talent acquisition or human resource experience helpful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, customers and internal partners
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
