Remote Benefits Enrollment Agent

***Must be a resident of Florida (or Georgia, Alabama, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, or Tennessee)

Primary Duties:

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance policies.
• Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals.
• Maintain all current licensing, agency, and carrier compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: We will assist you through these steps once you are hired for the position. The position will require you to obtain and hold a resident 2-15 Florida Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License. (State licensing also applies to residents of Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, or Tennessee)
• Coachability: A willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges.
• Self-Reliance: Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team.
• Business-Centric Attitude: Ability to work with dedication, knowing you are building a better future for yourself and your clients.
• Experience: No prior experience in insurance sales is required, we encourage candidates from diverse work backgrounds to apply. Comprehensive training is provided for all new candidates. 
• Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively to meet goals.
