CLOSED SUNDAYS & MONDAYS - GUARANTEED DAY OFF

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS OFF - Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY & SATURDAY AFTER 4PM

MUST HAVE 2Years Prior Bar Experience

MUST HAVE 2Years Prior Management Experience

Pay depending on experience and availability

This position is an hourly +tips position, you will be responsible for handling day of call offs, and coverage of FOH shifts. This will not involve scheduling, or BOH responsibilities.

We are located on 1409 Bison Street Nw. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area- ServeSafe Certified
• 2 years prior bartending experience required
• 2 years prior management experience required
