This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in Banking Operations and experience a high performing, team-oriented environment. As a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail, you will perform many activities related to supporting our Digital Online Banking products that serve consumers, micro business, and small business clientele. You will provide back-office support to our Digital platform/products such as: online account opening, placing and lifting holds, and external account verifications. You will collaborate frequently with other lines of business to ensure a positive customer experience.
Core Job Responsibilities/Key Activities/Elements:
Apply new account holds, manually open new accounts as needed
Perform TransferNow external account verifications and lift transaction holds where applicable
Perform transactions on behalf of clients: complete due diligence and prepare external transfers via ACH or Wire
Perform account maintenance such as, but not limited to, product type changes, add/remove joint owner(s), add/remove beneficiaries, address changes, zero balance closeouts, and decedent closeouts
Support client inquiries during peak times
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
Skills/Experience Required:
At least 2 years of online banking or comparable operations experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) is required.
The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
