Job Description

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site at the Hackensack office when not on the job site.

Note: Must have residential construction experience.

Job Description:

  • Support project management team in overseeing luxury residential projects.
  • Assist in budget tracking, scheduling, and maintaining adherence to project timelines.
  • Participate in on-site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Aid in contract and scope development, supporting RFQ responses and document management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth project workflows.
  • Use Procore, Microsoft Project, and other tools to support project tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in residential, stick built, new construction project support.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and similar construction management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
