Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Management:
  • Oversee financial aspects of the commercial building located at New York including revenue and expense management market trend analysis business planning budgeting and performance reporting.
• Leasing and Operations:
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies streamline building operations and ensure optimal utilization of property resources.
• Project Support:
  • Provide administrative support for the 460 Park Avenue Repositioning Project including financial modeling subcontractor management and RFP review.
  • Collaborate with architects general contractors and project management firms to ensure seamless project execution.
• Executive Reporting:
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports including strategic recommendations to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Degree in Real Estate (preferred) Business Economics Accounting Finance Architecture or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience in building remodeling or construction.
  • Experience managing properties over 300000 square feet is a plus.
  • Entrylevel candidates with relevant education are encouraged to apply.
