Position Overview:

In this role, you'll play an integral part in supporting our accounting team and ensuring smooth financial operations. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records
Work closely with accountants to ensure all financial reports are completed accurately and on time
Utilize QuickBooks to handle day-to-day financial tasks
Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with the accounting team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong computer skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when necessary
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Work Schedule:

This part-time position offers flexibility within standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM). While your workdays may vary depending on your availability and the organization's needs, we strive to provide a consistent schedule that works for both you and the team.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this role is between $18 and $20 per hour, depending on experience. We are open to negotiating the rate for the right candidate.
